不同雌雄配比对中华鳖人工繁殖受精率的影响 被引量:3

摘要 研究了中华(Pelodiscussinensis)人工繁殖不同雌雄配比的受精率差异,结果显示:在放养密度3750~4500ks/hm2,亲鳖规格♀1.5kg/只、♂2.0kg/只条件下,雌雄配比可达8:1。在不增加水体面积和投资情况下,雌雄比8:1与5:1相比多产受精卵13500~18000枚/hm2,可增加纯利润27000~30000元/hm2。 The paper studied the effect of different female/male ratios on the fecundation rate of Chinese soft - shelled turtle Pelodiscus sinensis in artificial propagation, the main results were as follows: the ratio of male to female could be up to 8:1 under the conditions of stocking density 3750 ~ 4500 kg/hm2, female parent 1.5 kg/head and male parent 2.0 kg/head. Under no increasing water body area and investment, the treatment which the ratio of male to female was 8:1 could obtain 13500 ~ 18000/hm2 more spermatovums and 27000 ~ 30000 yuan/hm2 more pure profit than the treatment which the ratio of male to female was 5: 1.
