摘要
由于各钢铁企业条件的差异,计算出来的成材(坯)率难以相比。本文指出了影响成材(坯)率不可比的九项因素;提出可采取“当量折算法”等措施消除或减少七项因素对计算成材(坯)率的影响;叙述和举例说明4种可比成材(坯)率的计算法,并阐述本成材(坯)率计算体系的优点及其应用。
The yields of different steelworks are usually difficult to compare due to different conditi-ons. This paper gives nine factors which affect the yields of finished product/semi uncomparable.'Equivalent conversion method' and other measures are suggected to be used for the seven fac-tors in yields calculation in order to get them comparable. Methods for calculating four kinds ofcomparable product (semi) yield with illustrations are provided. The application and advantagesof the system for calculating comparable product (semi) yield of steel works are also stated.
