摘要 《2001年不让一个儿童落后法》是近年来美国联邦政府颁布的最重要的一部教育法,该法案体现了美国联邦政府对教育公平理念的一个全新认识和发展。法案所体现的教育公平理念主要包括:《NCLB法》体现了教育过程和教育结果的公平;教育公平实现的关键在于政府承担责任;教育公平的结果与国家命运息息相关。 The No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 is one of the most critical federal law concerning education,and it manifests American federal government's latest tmderstanding of educational justice. On the one hand, this act embodies justice in both education process and education result;on the other hand,it makes clear that the key element in the achievement of educa- tional justice is government responsibility, and the consequences of educational justice is closely connected with the national destiny.
