摘要 教师专业化是现代教育发展的历史要求,从教师专业化的视角审视音乐教师职业技能的培养有着特殊意义。现阶段音乐教师的能力与教师专业化发展的客观要求还有很大差距,这既有认识层面的问题,也有培养策略层面的问题。认真分析这些问题,有助于丰富培养内容,转变培养观念,明确培养目标,完善评价机制,保证培养质量。 Teacher professionalism is the demand of modem education development. It has a special significance for the perspective of the cultivation of teachers in occupational skills from teacher professionalism. The ability of the present music teacher cannot meet the requirements of development of teacher professionalism. It is not only the problem of the awareness level, but also the problem of the strategic of cultivation. A careful analysis of these issues will help to enrich the content of the cultivation, to change the concept, to clear the training objections, to improve the evaluation, and to assure the training quality.
