矿业城市资源产业集群发展模式研究

Study on the Development Model for Mineral Industrial Clusters of Mining Cities

矿业城市是随着矿产资源的开发而形成和发展起来的,矿业城市基于资源开发利用的产业构成,具有明显的沿着资源产业链不断演进和提升、形成以资源产业链为主体的产业集群系统的发展规律和特征。本文在分析产业集群、矿业城市资源产业集群及其形成条件的基础上,对矿业城市资源产业集群的系统优化发展模式、系统演进与提升发展模式、系统循环经济发展模式和系统创新发展模式进行了具体的研究,为矿业城市资源产业集群不同发展阶段、不同发展水平、不同发展条件和环境下发展模式的选择和优化提供了现实的参考依据。

Formation and development of mining cities accompanies the development of mineral resources. Based on industrial structure of exploitation and utilization of resources, there is distinct development regularity and features with mining cities as： mining cities continuously promoting and improving along resource industry chain, taking resource industry chain as main industrial clusters. This paper, based on the analysis of industrial clusters, mineral industrial clusters of mining cities and their formation conditions, does a specific research on development model of systematic optimization of mineral industrial clusters, development model of systematic promotion and improvement, development model of systematic circular economy, development model of systematic innovation in mining cities. For mineral industrial clusters of mining cities at different development sta- ges, development level, development conditions and environments to select and optimize developmental modes, the research provides a realistic reference.
