As an important part of national economy and which making outstanding contribution to the state, medium and small enterprises often lack advantages in competition over their opponents. After deeply analysing some influencing factors such as funds, talents, technology and man- agement , the auther thinks that alliance must be the best way for medium and small enterprises to survie and develop. Through shareing resource, risk allocation and complementary strengths, medium and small enterprises may develop well in a particular way with its own charateristics.
