新建地方高校由于组建时间短、师资队伍薄弱,教学名师培养工作相对滞后。本文根据新建地方高校发展实际,在分析其教学名师培养现状的基础上,提出了与新建地方高校发展水平相适应的教学名师培养对策,以期为进一步提高其教学名师的培养水平提供积极有益的建议。

Since the newly - built local universities were formed in a short time and they are short of teachers, the training of famous teachers is slow. According to the newly - built local universities＇ development reality and on the basis of analyzing their famous teach- ＇ training situations, this article puts forward the countermeasures aimed at training famous teachers, which arc suited to the level of such universities, in the hope of making positive and valuable suggestions to improve the training level of famous teachers.
