摘要
本文就短应力线轧机提高线材尺寸精度问题从理论和实践上进行了详细分析。指出用GYF短应力线轧机改造现有复二重线材轧机可生产出高精度(±0.3 mm公差)的线材,并从根本上解决工人繁重而危险的操作;现有复二重轧机的轴承化和其他结构改进不能代替GYF短应力线轧机的功能。
Detailed analysis is made in theory and practice on the improvement of tolerance of wirerods produced in double duo short stress path mills (GYF). It is pointed out that tolerance of±0.3mm can be achieved, heavy labor and dangerous operation by these mills, andthat tho function of GYF can't be replaced by modernizing the existing mills with bearing andother construction improvement.
