摘要
运用生态学和环境学原理,建立了以自然环境、室内环境、社会环境、经济环境、技术环境和人文环境为准则层的生态住宅评价指标体系。根据我国绿色生态住宅小区建设要点与技术导则,以及相关行业标准的要求,参考前人对生态住宅评估体系的研究成果,将指标体系中各指标的评价等级确定为"优"、"良"、"中"、"差"4个等级,通过专家赋值法和不等权计算方法确定各指标的权重。以苏州市E花园为研究对象,利用模糊变换进行综合评价,评判结果是E花园的生态化程度等级为"良"。
Based on the studies of ecology and environmental science,a set of index system has been established,in which natural environment,indoor environment,social environment,economic environment,technical environment and humanities environment are taken as the essential factors.According to the main points and technical guidelines of the Green Ecological Residential District Construction as well as some correlated professional standards,the assessment indexes in the system are classified into "excellent","good","middle" and "inadequate".The weight of each index is determined with the unequal weight calculating method after collecting the experts' decision.The Suzhou E garden as the object of study is evaluated comprehensively with fuzzy transformation.The result shows the ecological rank of the E garden is "good".
