摘要
讨论湖北省长江、汉水大堤的岩土工程技术问题,阐述了江汉平原防汛工程可概括为四个概念:一级阶地,二元结构,三股渗水,四纪地质。分析内脱坡、散浸、管涌、漏洞和跌窝等五种险情的机制,提出防洪抗险的技术原则和今后加固大堤的岩土工程建议。
In this paper, the technical problems of main dikes along two rivers,Changjiang and Hanshui are introduced. The flood control works in Jiang-Han plain are summarized into four basic conceptions i. e. terrace,geological structure, seepage and Quaternary deposit. The mecha-nism of five emergency cases i. e. inner slope failure,diffuse seepage, piping, b1ow-out and local subsidence are analyzed. From geotechnical viewpoint, suggestions about technical principIes of flood control and reinforcement of main dikes are proposed.
