PVP与PKP疗效比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较经皮椎体成型术(PVP)与经皮椎体后凸成型术(PKP)的临床疗效。方法骨质疏松性单个椎体压缩骨折患者行PVP与PKP手术患者各10例,对比两者在椎体高度压缩率恢复和腰痛欧氏失能指数(ODI)方面的差异,并作统计学分析。结果PKP和PVP在椎体高度压缩率的恢复上有统计学差异,而在腰痛欧氏失能指数方面没有明显差异。结论椎体高度压缩率恢复上PKP明显优于PVP,腰痛缓解方面二者没有差别。
