摘要
本文阐述炼钢用熔剂石灰的化学成分和物理性能对炼钢工艺的影响;唐钢所用石灰的质量现状及其对转炉炼钢技术经济指标的影响;生产优质活性石灰必须具备的技术条件(包括对原、燃料及煅烧窑炉的要求);指出传统式竖窑的热能消耗高,不能保证生产优质活性石灰,必须进行技术改造;对比了当今世界通用的新式竖窑和回转窑的特性和优缺点;介绍了我国目前引进推广这种窑炉技术和设备的进展情况及所得的成果;最后,提出了生产活性石灰和提高石灰质量应采取的措施。
Influence of chemical composition and physical property of the lime on steelmaking techno-logy is described. The quality of lime used in Tangshan Iron and Steel Co. and its influence onthe economic-technical index of converter proess is also analysed. It points out that the traditi-onal shaft furnaces need technical modification since they can not meet tile requirements of pro-ducing good active lime. A comparison of merits and demerits between new shaft furnaces androtary kilns which are generally used abroad is given. It also presents the progress achieved inChina by introducing new shaft furnace and rotary kilns. Suggestions about the production of qu-ality active lime and measures to be taken in the future are also offered.
