摘要
江苏油田油水井大都是定向斜井,井斜范围为5~60°,普通机械安全接头在大斜度井中,由于井斜,增加了钻柱与套管壁的摩擦阻力,扭矩传递十分困难,遇卡时不能在安全接头处倒开,起不到安全作用。为此研制了液压安全丢脱工具,它可以传递扭矩,承受拉、压负荷,同时可以承受内、外压力。当作业工具遇卡时,通过投球打压使液压安全丢脱工具脱开,解决了遇卡难题。
Most of the wells are inclined orientation shaft in Jiangsu Oilfield,and the hole deviation is in the 5~60 ° range.Security joints of common mechanical cannot play the safe role.Because in inclined shaft,the friction between drill stem and casing wall is increased,and torque transmission is difficult.So the equipment cannot shed from security joints locked.But the hydraulic security shed tool can transfer torque,bear the load and pressure.And the hydraulic security shed tools can solute the problem.
