摘要 分析了现实条件下出现的设备购而不用、重复购置、利用率极低的原因以及随着时间推移出现自然损耗和价值降低,无形中造成了极大浪费的现象。随着现代通信技术的数字化、网络化、全球一体化时代的到来,信息共享、资源共享技术日益成熟,大型实验仪器共享成为可能,从而提高设备的利用率。据此提出了利用现代通信技术构建大型仪器共享平台的思想,并对大型仪器共享平台的体系架构提出了具体的设计思路。 This thesis firstly discussed some organizations bought lots of scientific instruments which are rarely used.It caused the low utilization ratio and wasted lots of resources.As soon as the modem communication technology makes the world more digitalizing,networking and globalization,we need our information,resources to be commonly and easily shared.It is possible that sharing the huge scientific instruments that can not do before and enhance these instruments utilization ratio,free them to exert their full potentials. Based on these reasons,this thesis advanced thoughts which used modem communication technology to construct a sharing platform and also proposed how to realize it.
