水平井完井的核心问题是选择裸眼段的完井方式。对于出砂井,目前普遍使用裸眼下入优质筛管简易防砂及裸眼下入优质筛管砾石充填防砂的方式。影响地层出砂的因素大致可为地质因素、开采因素和完井因素等。确定水平井防砂技术参数时需考虑防砂精度、筛管尺寸、筛管材质、筛管下入及受力情况等。
