建筑结构施工中，常因钢筋锚固长度不足，板、梁主筋位置不准确，钢筋搭接位置错误等造成工程质量隐患，甚至发生质量事故，必须引起工程界的重视并按正确作法执行。

During building construction,there are a number of difficulties and deviations in reinforced concrete beams and slabs such as :1,bond length of reinforcement being not enough 2,placement position of main reinforcement in slabs and beams being not appropriate 3,inaccuracy and ill arrangement of steel reinforcement' s overlapping position.All these may cause quality accident and induce quality disasters.All of them should be paid attention by the engineering circles and appropriately carried out.
