摘要
在CMMI模型的基础上自定义了ICS-CMMI流程,在ICS-CMMI的指导下,ICS开发实现了有效的过程管理,说明了ICS-CMMI对CMMI的成功继承和发扬。最后讨论了实施CMMI的几点注意事项。
The procedure of ICS-CMMI was customized in this paper based on CMMI software development model.In the guidance of ICS-CMMI,effective process management was achieved during the development of ICS softwares,which proves ICS-CMMI a successful inheritance and promotion of CMMI.Finally,the attention points were given for the implementation of CMMI.
