摘要
农业信息化是惠及亿万农民的系统工程。当前,在农业信息化建设中,政府应发挥主导作用。这主要体现在:①加大宣传力度,为推进农业信息化建设提供思想认识保障;②强化组织引导,为加快农业信息化建设提供组织保障;③加大投入力度,为加快农业信息化建设提供资金保障;④加强教育和培训,为加快农业信息化建设提供智力保障;⑤加强法规和制度建设,为加快农业信息化建设提供法制保障;⑥加强国际合作与交流,为提升农业信息化层次提供国际环境保障。
Informatization agricuhure is an engineering which will benefit hundreds of millions of peasants. At present, in agricultural information construction, the government should play a leading role. This mainly reflects in; firstly devoting more efforts to propagate, to offer ideological guarantee for the improvement of agricultural information construction; Secondly, strengthening organization and guide, to offer the organizational assurance for accelerating the construction of IT application to agriculture; Thirdly, devoting more efforts in investment, to offer the fund guarantee for accelerating the construction of IT application to agriculture; Fourthly, strengthening the education and training, to offer the intelligence guarantee for accelerating the construction of IT application to agriculture; Fifthly, strengthening the regulation and institution improvement, offer the legal guarantee for accelerating the construction of IT application to agriculture; Sixthly, strengthening the international cooperation and communication, to offer the international environmental guarantee for promoting the IT application to agriculture level.
