探讨了图书馆建立学科馆员制度的必要性,阐述了学科馆员的角色定位和职责,并对实施学科馆员服务提出一些具体措施。
The necessity of subject librarian system in library was discussed.The role orientation and responsibility of subject librarian have been explained.Furthermore,some specific measures on subject librarian services were proposed.
