摘要
为了解决大口径炮管混合膛线电解加工时渐速段与等齐段膛线宽度不一致的问题,通过工艺试验对阴极工作齿齿形、工艺参数进行优化.选择不同的工作齿内收角,在不同的电压下,分别对渐速段采用渐变的进给速度,在等齐段取恒定的进给速度.每加工一次,对炮管的各段进行切片、测量,反复试验,以达到调整工艺参数的目的.结果表明,阴极工作齿的内收角为8°时,在渐速段阴极进给速度由19 mm/min变化到25 mm/min,在等齐段进给速度为25mm/min,加工出的膛线各段槽型一致性较好.软件分析与工艺试验结果相符.
The cathode working tooth and experiment parameters in machining mixture rifle in the big caliber tube were optimized by experiment in order to solve the disagreement of groove width between inequal-twining-angle and equal-twining-angle segments. Various degree of incline angles were selected, on different voltage,experiments were carried on with feed rate changed gradually for inequal-twiningangle segment and with consistent feed rate for equal-twining-angle segment separately. Sliced the tube was sliced and measured after each process to adjust the experiment parameters. The experiment demonstrated that the dimension of every segment rifle groove was identical on the condition in which the incline angle of cathode working tooth is 8°, the feed rate varies from 19mm/min to 25mm/min in inequal-twining-angle segment and the feed rate keeps 25mm/min in equal-twining-angle segment. The software analysis was consistent with result of experiment.
