摘要 为了提高蜗杆传动设计效率,规范设计流程,研究开发了一种符合我国机械行业传动设计流程的蜗杆传动CAD系统.以Visual LISP和VBA为开发工具,采用对话框控制语言建立了符合传动设计要求和工程操作习惯的人机界面.应用幻灯片文件建立了设计参数图表文件库,并利用Visual LISP驱动程序与界面实现连接.运用VBA开发了菜单接口程序.该系统界面友好,在AutoCAD环境下实现蜗杆传动系统的设计计算与校核,输出蜗杆传动系统的几何参数报表.减少了设计中的重复性工作,提高了设计的准确性和效率,并为进一步参数化绘图设计奠定了基础. In order to increase the design efficiency of worm-gearing, standardize design cycle,a wormgearing CAD system is developed according to mechanical industry standards. With the development tools of Visual LISP and VBA, the interface is developed using Dialog Control Language to establish the man-machine interface that accords with the requirements of worm-gearing design and engineerer's habit. The slide is used to establish a library of design parameter charts that is connected with the interface by Visual LISP-driven program. The menu interface is developed with VBA program. The worm-gearing CAD system is easy to use, the design calculation and check analysis of worm-gearing are accomplished in AutoCAD and the geometric dimension parameter list is output. Consequently, during the course of product design, repetitive work can be reduced and the design efficiency and accuracy can be improved. Further, the research lays a foundation for parametric drawing of mechanical parts based on AutoCAD.
