摘要
针对目前惯导组件脉冲输出测试过程中测试范围小、精度低、无法进行动态测试的问题,研究了一套惯导组件的脉冲输出测控系统.本系统采用USB接口技术,使用FPGA芯片采集数据,对惯导组件脉冲输出进行5 ms一次的采集,并在测控计算机中对数据进行实时显示和存储.所设计的测控系统能够对具有12路脉冲信号的惯导组件进行测试,并且同时能够对测试过程中的转台及温箱进行监测与控制,实现了动态测试.本测控系统的测试范围能够达到0.1 Hz^1 MHz,误差小于1×10-4,满足了实际测试的要求.
For the shortages of the current testing pulse output of inertial components, such as small testing scope, low accuracy and static testing, a measurement and control system for pulse output of inertial navigation components is studied. Monitoring and control system uses the USB interface technology. FPGA-chip is used to measure pulse output of inertial components every 5 ms. Data are stored and displayed in real-time. The system achieves dynamic monitoring and controlling 12 channels of pulse outputs of inertial components, turntable and temperature box. The scope of monitoring and controlling reaches 0. 1 Hz- 1 MHz. The error is less than 1 × 10^-4 and meets the requirements of the actual test.
