舒血宁注射液治疗高血压脑出血的疗效观察

Effects of Shuxuening Injection on the Treatment of Hematencephalon

目的:评价舒血宁注射液对急性高血压脑出血促进血肿吸收、缩小血肿周围水肿体积及改善临床神经功能缺损的临床疗效。方法:将急性高血压脑出血患者78例随机分为治疗组和对照组;对照组39例,予吡拉西坦注射液100mL静脉滴注2次/d,连用21d;治疗组39例,在对照组的基础上加用舒血宁注射液15mL+生理盐水250mL静脉滴注,1次/d,连用21d;于治疗前及治疗第7、14、21天分别用CT检查测量血肿体积及其周围水肿面积,并根据中国卒中量表对神经功能缺损评分。结果:比较对照组,治疗组血肿体积及血肿周围水肿面积明显缩小(P<0.01),神经功能缺损评分明显改善(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率为84.6%,对照组为48.7%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:舒血宁注射液能促进急性高血压脑出血患者的血肿吸收,缩小血肿周围水肿面积和改善患者的神经功能缺损。

Objective ：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shuxuening injection on acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage promoting hematoma absorption and reduce edema around the hematoma size and improve the clinical neurological impairment.Methods：Patients with acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage 78 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group;the control group 39 cases,Piraeetam 100 ml intravenous injection,2 times/day qd for 21 days;treatment group 39 cases,on the basis of the control group was added Shuxuening injection 15ml＋saline 250ml intravenous drip, 1 times/day qd for 21 days ;7,14,21 days in the treatment of the first CT examination were used to measure the volume and the surrounding hematoma edema area and according to Chinese Stroke Scale score of neurological deficit.Results：The treatment group compared with the control group,the area and volume of edema and hematoma significantly reduced （P〈0.01）,neurological deficit scores significantly improved （P〈0.01）.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 84.6% ,48.7% in the control group ,treatment group significantly better than the control group the two groups compared the total effective rate was significant difference （P〈0.01）.Condusion：Shuxuening injection can promote the absorption of cerebral hemorrhage in patients with acute hypertensive hematoma and reduce the hematoma size of edema and improve the neurological deficits of patient＇s.
