老年性下睑内翻改良Schimek手术治疗体会

Surgical Treatment Experiences of Senile Lower Eyelid Entropion by Improved Schimek Method

目的:观察改良Schimek手术治疗老年性下睑内翻的效果。方法:对20例(25眼)老年性下睑内翻施行改良Schimek手术治疗。结果:25眼中24眼得到良好矫正,另有1眼因术后患者搓揉术眼,致使缝线松脱,睑内翻复发,经原切口再次手术得到矫正。结论:用改良Schimek手术治疗老年性下睑内翻的效果良好,创伤小,恢复快,病人乐于接受。

Objective ：To observe the effect of Surgical treatment of senile lower eyelid entropion by improved Schimek method. Methods：20 cases （25 eyes）of senile inferior entropion were treated by Schimek surgery.Results：Of the 25 eyes,24 eyes received good rectification, and another one eye entropion recurred as the result of kneading the operational eye by patient himself, bring about suture got loose, so after reoperation from former incision as before,the entropion was corrected.Conclusion ：The effect of Surgical treatment of senile lower eyelid entropion by improved Schimek method is better, it has advantages of small wound,fast recovery,and to be accepted by patient easily.
