胰岛素联合不同口服降糖药治疗2型糖尿病的疗效比较

摘要 为观察短期联合应用口服降糖药物及胰岛素强化治疗对早期2型糖尿病患者的疗效,笔者前瞻性观察了应用甘精胰岛素联合不同口服降糖药物进行强化治疗短病程的2型糖尿病并高血糖患者的血糖变化、停药后胰岛功能改善情况及停药后患者的短期疗效。
