护理工作对蛛网膜下腔出血患者的重要意义

目的讨论护理工作对蛛网膜下腔出血患者的重要意义。方法对70例蛛网膜下腔出血患者入院后给予严密观察生命体征,身心护理及并发症的防治等。结果70例患者,再出血3例,死亡1例,未出现一例肺部感染、褥疮等并发症。结论经过精心细致的护理,大大减少了并发症。减少死亡率,降低了致残率,提高了病人的生活质量。

Objective To discuss the care of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage of great significance.Methods 70 cases of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage admitted to hospital after close observation of vital signs, physical and psychological care and the prevention of complications.Results 70 cases of patients, 3 cases of rebleeding, death in 1 case, no case of pulmonary infection,complications such as bedsores.Conclusion After careful and meticulous care, thus greatly reducing the complications. Reduced mortality,reduced disability,improved quality of life of patients.
