整体护理在中晚期肝癌经动脉热灌注化疗中的作用

目的探讨整体护理在中晚期肝癌经动脉热灌注化疗的作用。方法通过术前制订护理计划,作好心理护理和充分的术前准备;术中密切观察患者病情变化及严密监测热灌注时的温度及流速;术后积极实施护理措施,增加了护士与患者沟通与交流的机会,更好的了解病情,避免和减轻并发症的发生,融洽了护患关系。结果34例中晚期肝癌患者确实享受到了整体的、连续的、个性化的护理服务,顺利完成热灌注治疗,心理状态良好。结论整体护理体现了以人为本的现代护理内涵,改善了中晚期患者的生活质量,既增加了患者对护士的满意度,也提高了护理质量。

Objective Probe the action of integrated nursing in medium--term and terminal liver cancer with transcatheter arterial hyperthemal infusion （TAHI）.Methods Do well psychological nursing and full pre--operation preparation through making nursing plan before operation; closely observe the change of disease status of the patient and strictly monitor the temperature and flow velocity in the course of hyperthemal infusion; actively implement nursing method after operation, which provides more chances for the communication and exchange between the nurse and patient so as to know better the disease status, avoid and alleviate the appearance of complication and harmonize the relationship between the nurse and patient. Results 34 cases of patients with medium or terminal liver cancer actually received integrative, continuous and individual nursing service and successfully completed TAHI treatment and they are in good psychological status. Conclusion Integrated nursing embodies modern human--oriented nursing connotation and improves the living quality of medium--term and terminal patients,which not only makes the patients more satisfied with the nurse but also improves nursing quality.
