舟山进入工业化中后期阶段推进产业结构高级化研究

On Developing the High-grade Industrial Structure of Zhoushan in the Phase of the Mid-and Post-industrialization

本文,在综合分析舟山经济社会发展指标的基础上,得出了舟山正处在工业化中期向后期推进关键阶段,强调舟山要遵循工业化中后期产业结构高级化的一般规律,走海洋经济特色的新型工业化路子,同时列举了舟山推进产业升级面临的主要困难和瓶颈制约,提出了对策措施。

Based on a comprehensive analysis of economic and social development indicators in Zhoushan, this paper has drawn the conclusion that Zhoushan is in the critical phase of the mid- and post-industrialization, emphasizing that in the phase of the mid- and post-industrialization Zhoushan should follow the general rules of developing high-grade industry and take the new industrialization road characterized with marine economy. Meanwhile, the paper has listed the major difficulties and bottlenecks facing industrial upgrading in Zhoushan and put forward some countermeasures.
