普通高校大学生艺术团建设与管理刍议

The Construction and the Management of the College Students’Artistic Associations

在素质教育不断向前推进、普通高校艺术教育蓬勃发展的形势下,普通高校大学生艺术团的发展问题,是非常值得我们关注的。当前普通高校大学生艺术团主要存在着指导思想不明确、管理较为松散、团员整体艺术素质偏低、教学训练水平不高等一系列问题。本文主要结合笔者多年来指导大学生艺术团的工作体会,从促进大学生艺术团建设的重要意义、大学生艺术团建设与管理的现状、进一步办好大学生艺术团的建议等方面,探讨大学生艺术团的建设与管理工作。

With the rapid development of quality-oriented education and higher education, the development of college students＇ artistic associations is very worthy of our attention. The problems of college students＇ artistic associations are mainly as follows： the unclear guiding ideology, the loose management, the low artistic quality of the members, lack of proficiency in the artistic teaching and training and so on. In this paper, focusing on the current situation and the significance of the associations, the writer explores the construction and management of college students＇ artistic associations with his years of work experience in conducting college stu-dents＇ artistic associations.
