A Method of Translating DB data into Office Document Based on ASP.NET

现在的数据库中的数据可以利用水晶报表等报表工具产生纸张的文档通过打印机输出。然而大多数的行业有一些现成的WORD、EXCEL、POWERPOINT模板,他们在订作或者购买软件时,往往提出要求需要将数据按照固定格式导出到WORD、EXCEL、POWERPOINT中。本文提出一种利用C#的文件读写方式,将数据导出到OFFICE的WORD、EXCEL、POWERPOINT中的方法。实验表明该方法具有较强的通用性和实用性。

At present, there are many methods to put the Data-Based data into the printer, including the Crystal report tools and so on. But they can＇t meet the requirements of the customers, because companies have many templates based on the office document. They want to use the form based on word, excel, PowerPoint to output the various data. This paper prevents a method based on C# which writes the data stream into the office document through means of reading and writing the file data stream. The results show that this method has the universality and practicality.
