我国外墙涂料发展中的问题和解决对策

Existing problems and countermeasures in development of the exterior wall building coating in China

全国化学建材协调组已将外墙涂料列为重点推广产品，各地企管部门先后就推广外墙涂料出台或正在拟订有关政策。分析阻碍我国外墙涂料行业发展存在的症结，认为这些问题不解决，外墙涂料难以得到大的发展。在比较国内外差距的基础上，提出全面改造并提高涂料生产企业的技术水平、发展高性能外墙涂料、制订并提高有关的国家标准、重视外墙涂料先进施工技术的推广应用是发展我国外墙涂料的良策。

The National chemical Building Material Coordination Group has listde the cxterior coatings as main product to be spread. Every local enterprise management department has made or is making the relative policy to spread the exterior coatings.The auther thinks it is differcult to develop the exterior coatings in case that the problems which hinder from developing the exterior coatings have not been solved .On the basis of comparison at home and abroad,the paper has raised sound strategy to develop the exterior coatings in China,such as completely reform and increase the technical level of the producer;to develop high performance exterior coatings; to enact the relative National Standard,to spread and apply the advanced construction technology for the exterior coatings.
