无外应力封装的光纤Bragg光栅温度传感器 被引量:1

Fiber Bragg Grating Temperature Sensor without the External Stress Encapsulation

摘要 采用了双金属管的封装结构对设计的温度传感器进行了封装,为防止光纤光栅受到材料热膨胀的拉伸导致波长偏移,内外管中根据内外管材料的膨胀性预留适当长度的光纤。对封装后的光纤Bragg光栅温度传感器进行了恒温加压实验和持续加热水浴实验。实验数据表明,外界压力对传感器基本不产生影响,该传感器灵敏度为9.84pm/℃,测量精度为0.8%。 Dual-metal prevent wavelength shift tube packaging structure have opplication in this temperature sensor. In order to by thermal expansion of fiber grating,setting aside an appropriate length of optical fiber in accordance with the expansion of materials within and outside the tube. Constant temperature pressurizing experiments and continuous hot water bath experiments are carried for the Packaged fiber Eragg grating temperature sensor. Experimental data shows that outside pressure almost have no effect on the sensor, the sensor sensitivity is 9.84pm / ℃, measurement accuracy is 0.8%.
