PV系统的Z源逆变器电气应力研究

摘要 本文通过开关器件功率量化比较分析Z源逆变器在不同的直通状态控制下与传统逆变器的电气应力。比较结果显示在升压因子[12.1]范围内,Z源逆变器的开关器件总功率最低,尤其是在低功率因数与大直通占空比下,这个范围将得到延伸。本文为在光伏发电系统设计中选择合适的拓扑结构,提供了参考与理论依据。 Based on SDP(Switching Device Power),there is a quantitative comparison of electrical stressing between that includes Total Z-source inverter and traditional inverter under different struight-through states control at this paper.And the comparison shows that the SDP of Z-source inverter is the lowest when the range of boost factor is from 1 to 2.1.Especially when power factor and shoot-through ratio is large,the range is to extend. This paper can be the reference at PV system's design and provides a theoretical basis.
