摘要
此次设计的新型白光LED驱动芯片通过1倍/1.5倍自适应性电荷泵结构,采用特殊衬底接法,对输入电压进行升压变换。该设计芯片输入电压范围为2.7~4.5V,工作频率为600kHz,正常工作温度范围为-40℃~+85℃,芯片完全关断模式下关断电流可低至1μA,具有过温保护和欠压保护。此次设计采用GSMC0.18uM工艺,通过CADENCE设计工具完成芯片电路设计、仿真及版图设计。
The design of the new white LED driver chip via the 1/1.5 times self-adaptive charge pump structure, using special substrate connection to make boost transformation for input voltage. The range of design-chip's input voltage is 2.774.5V, the chip's operating frequency is 600kHz, the normal working temperature range is -40-+85℃,shutdown current can be as low as 1 μ A under chips completely shut-down mode, with over-temperature protection and under-voltage protection. The design uses GSMC 0.18uM technics, through the CADENCE design tools to complete chip circuit design, simulation and layout design.
