摘要
分析造成广东电网及各局部电网短路电流超标的主要影响因素、分布特性和变化规律,指出500kV侧短路电流主要取决于500kV电网结构而220kV侧短路电流主要与变压器容量和下接220kV电网结构有关。限制500kV侧短路电流的主要是采取断线,线路出串等改变电网结构的措施。限制200kV侧短路电流则要区分220kV侧电磁环网轻、重两种情况,采取不同的措施。基于TPSC的短路电流限制器能够局部解决500kV短路电流超标问题,且不会对系统暂稳和母线电压产影响,其实际装置研究是进一步研究的重点。
The main influencing factors, distribution characters and changing rules of short-circuit current exceeding standard of Guangdong and local power grids are analyzed, and it is pointed out that the short-circuit current at 500 kV side mainly depends on 500 kV power network configuration while the one at 220 kV side depends on the capacity of transformers and the 220 kV power network configuration. The limitation measures are proposed for 509 kV side such as to break the line, to adopt transformer with high impedance installation of neutral reactors, and for 220 kV side to handle with different ways according to the electromagnetic loop. The short circuit current limiter (SCCL) based on the thyristor protected serier compensation (TPSC) can partly resolve the exceeding standard problem of 500 kV side without influence of the transient stability and bus voltage, and the development of its practical device is an emphasis on future research.
