摘要
以"4·2"、"5·5"故障为背景,介绍了接地极过电压保护和接地极电流不平衡保护的原理以及在故障中暴露出的不足。提出了相关直流控制保护功能反事故措施方案,并以RTDS试验验证了对59EL和60EL改进方案的可行性。从2009年5月以来,高肇、兴安直流都已执行了接地极过电压保护、接地极电流不平衡保护以及极控系统中直流保护运行状态监控逻辑的反事故措施。
Based on case "4.2" (April 2, 2007) and "5.5" (May 5, 2008), this paper introduces the principle of electrode unbalance protection (60EL) and Electrode open circuit protection (59EL), pointing out the shortcomings of these protections. The improvement scheme of related HVDC control and protections is presented, and the measures for 59EL and 60EL have been verified by RTDS tests Furthermore, the improvements for 59EL, 60EL and HVDC protection monitoring function in pole control have been adopted since May, 2009.
