摘要
针对多台新投产超临界600MW机组的振动特性进行分析和统计,特别是对于集电环小轴振动、低压缸结构共振、发电机振动爬升、现场动平衡等问题的处理进行了详细论述,供同类型机组的调试和运行参考。
The paper makes the statistical analysis for vibration characteristics and processing strategies of multiple 600 MW supercritical units. The vibration problems are discussed in detail, including high shaft vibration of collecting ring, structure sympathetic vibration of LP cylinder, generator vibration climbing and field balancing, are discussed in detail. The summarized rules may provide some reference value for the vibration treatment of the same type units in their commissioning and commercial operation.
