摘要 随着《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》从2004年1月1日起开始实施,大批火电机组烟气脱硝工程随之上马,却没有一部关于实施火电机组烟气脱硝工程调试的规范可依。而且以氨为主的还原剂属化工产品,火电机组的设计、安装、调试单位都缺少使用经验,无法全面控制风险,故编写一部用于指导火电机组烟气脱硝工程设计、安装、调试、验收的指导性规范势在必行。本文归纳了SCR法调试中关键控制技术要点,期望对此项工作有一定借鉴意义。 With the carrying out of Emission standard of air pollutants for thermal power plants (GB 13223-2003 ) on 2004 January 1, an amount of SCR flue gas denitrification engineering on coal fired generation has been designed and installed. However, there isn't any criterion on denitrification engineer in China yet, on the other side, NH3 as the main reducing agent belongs to chemical substance, relevant departments which are experienced on coal fired generation are not good at designing, installing and commissioning denitrification engineer, thus some engineer risk can't be well controlled. It is necessary to compile a criterion to guide design, installing, commissioning ,checking and accepting. Key technology of commissioning for SCR flue gas denitrification engineering is concluded in this paper, which may be referable to this new criterion.
