贵州电力光通信网光缆冰灾受灾分析和改造建议

Analysis of the Comsequences of the Strom Disaster and Reorganization Advices to the Optical Communication Network of Guizhou Power Grid

2008年初贵州电网受冰灾影响的光缆中断90条,中断比例达21.48%,给电力通信造成巨大影响。本文对贵州电力通信网的光缆受灾情况进行了统计总结,分析发现贵州电网电力光缆覆盖率不高,无法实现多路径、多方向的通信。并由此提出了电力通信网建设和改造建议。

In the storm disaster in the winter of 2008, 90 pieces of optical cable in Guizhou Power Gird, which was 21.48% of the whole cables in the area, were broken by the thick ice and snow. In this paper the fiber telecommunication network of the grid, and the consequences of the disaster are studied. Finally, it is found that the percentage of fiber cover was not enough to the power gird, and could not achieve realization of multipath or multi-direction communication. Some adjustment reorganization advices are listed.
