摘要
针对原有银行代收电费方式所存在的弊端,贵阳供电局在南方电网五省区供电企业中首家建立了一套完善的电费POS机实时查询交费系统。系统设计了稳定高效的数据交互机制,实现了贵阳局与现有营销系统、银联公共业务平台的良好沟通。从系统投入使用已经实现了电费回收二千五百余万元,充分说明了电费POS机交费得到了广大用户的认可。
To overcome the disadvantages of electricity charges collection from banks nowradays, Guiyang Power Supply Bureau, as the first one in five areas of China Southern Power Grid, built up a real-time query tariff system for electricity charge POS system. This system has designed a stable and efficient data exchange mechanism for the realization of the communication between Guiyaug Bureau and the existing marketing system and public service platform of UnionPay. The system has achieved a tariff recovery of more than 2 500 million yuan, fully illustrated the POS machine payment has been recognized by customers.
