摘要
汽车换挡器测试是目前各大汽车公司在进行换挡器研发和生产中，必不可少的一个环节。虽然绝大多数的换挡器在制造过程中，或制造完成后，均有相应的测试环节，但由于从一方面，汽车换挡器使用环境条件严酷恶劣，另一方面，换挡器的性能和质量对于汽车可靠的使用，甚至于对驾驶者生命安全均有重要影响，因此，对换挡器总成进行耐疲劳性能测试就显得极其必要。
A gearshift-transmission system durability tester was introduced.The control system is based on an industrial control computer as the core and it combines the servo motors system and LabVIEW software into an integral measuring-control system.By self-teaching function,different imitated operation motion paths were realized.The tester may be used for gearshift-transmission system testing over-40～+140℃temperature range.The testing parameters can be set up and the different models of Gearshift-Gearbox System can be tested at the same time.The test measurement results in 3 years showed that the system has a good stability,applicability and safety. An effective test system for objective evaluation of Gearshift is provided.
