摘要
为了实现参数驱动的渐开线圆柱齿轮自动精确建模,对Pro/Engineer二次开发参数化设计的思想和技术实现流程进行了研究,以此为基础,通过对渐开线圆柱齿轮的外廓形状的分析,提取齿轮的基本参数,建立了齿轮的基本模型,进而完成了齿轮样本模型的建立和检验,该样本模型使设计者在输入几个参数的情况下,自动生成所需的各种渐开线圆柱齿轮的三维精确模型,从而实现了圆柱齿轮设计的自动化。
In order to achieve Automatic accurate modeling of Involute Cylindrical Gear which is driven by parameters, the idea of parametric design and technical process have been researched based on secondary development of Pro/Engineer. The basic parameters of gear have been Obtained Through systemic analyzing on it' s profile. The basic model of gear has been built. Then sample model of gear has been built, which can regenerate various 3D model of Involute Cylindrical Gear by inputting a few parameters.
