摘要
结合某厂成功应用案例,分析了精密铸造、金属粉末注射成形、等温成形和温挤压成形等几种毛坯精密化技术的优点和在轻武器制造上的适用范围,提出了轻武器行业毛坯精化的应用前景和方向。
There is a very serious phenomenon on the lower accuracy for the blanks, higher energy consumption, higher input,grievous pollution and lower output in the small arms industry because the traditional main manufacturing technique of blanks are free forging and steam hammer open-die forging. In this paper, the technical advantage and applying scope of a few net shape forming techniques such as precision casting, MIM,isothermal forging and warm extrusion etc. ,are analyzed and the applying foreground and direction for small arms industry are put forward through an applied successful case in a plant.
