摘要
通过对排链器生产工艺的分析,找出了排链器裂纹原因是冲压和热处理工艺不当造成的,并指出了该工艺的缺陷,提出了合适的冲压和热处理工艺,解决了排链器裂纹问题。
By analyzing the manufacturing technique of a chain arrangement device, the cause of the cracking problem is found out, which is because of the inappropriate processing in punching and heat treatment. The flaw of this production technology is pointed out. A more applicable technology is put forward and the cracking problem is solved.
