摘要
针对一种口服液瓶盖生产批量大、工序多、外观要求高的特点进行了工艺设计,对引伸间隙提出了有别于传统资料的数据,并根据其特点,设计出一种易于更换关键件的模具结构,提高了口服液瓶盖冲压效率,降低了生产成本。
This paper described a new forming process of the oral solution bottle cap. The process design aims at the features of mass production, many working procedures, requests of good appearance. The paper provided new data of draw gap different from the traditional. The paper introduced the design of a new die structure that was easy to change the main parts. The new process increases the efficiency of stamping and saves costs.
