工程研究视野中的城市建设战略规划思想

On the Strategic Ideas of the Urban Planning From the Perspective of Engineering Studies

城市建设发展战略规划是国家发展战略的重要组成部分。工程研究必须把城市建设发展战略规划作为一个十分重要的研究领域。本文在坚持工程研究"经验转向"的立场下,通过对中国城市建设中实践与发展战略规划之间矛盾与冲突的分析,通过对西方城市规划理论演变的反思,力图从工程研究的角度,来探索城市建设发展战略规划思想的新视野。

The strategic planning of urban construction is an important component of the national develop- ment strategies. The engineering studies of the national development strategies should also take the strategic urban planning as a very important research area. In this paper, from the perspectives of engineering studies in the trend~ of ＂the empirical turn＂, through an analysis of the contradiction and conflict between theory and reality in urban planning in China, and through a reflection of the evolution of the western urban planning theory, the author tries to explore the new horizon of the urban construction strategic planning ideas.
