大庆文化的再认识

Rethinking of Daqing Culture

大庆油田诞生50年来,不仅为国家奉献了石油,而且还创造出宝贵的大庆文化。大庆文化的主体是大庆人,其内容包括大庆精神、大庆哲学思维、大庆发展理念、大庆审美观念、大庆作风、大庆干群关系、大庆工作方法等无形要素,它们通过有形的物质形式得以表达和传播。大庆文化拥有志、理、诚、美、严、实、和、进的特质,它的功能包括:求真、向善、唯美;激励、规范、启迪;融合、协调、超越。大庆文化以提升每一个大庆人的自觉性为核心目标。虽然大庆文化由于内在和外在因素的改变而始终处于变迁之中,但其特质和功能却在变迁中逐渐沉积下来成为大庆文化的核心所在。

From its birthday 50 years ago, Daqing Oil Field have not only provided gigantic amount of oil for China, but also generated precious Daqing culture. The contents of the Daqing culture includes the Daqing spirit, the philosophical thinking, the development idea, the aesthetic perception, the working and living style, the equal relationship between the cadres and the mass, the working methods and other immaterial elements which are represented and promulgated by corporeal approaches. As a kind of engineering culture, the Daqing culture is characterized by ambition, reason, integrity, engineering art, preciseness, pragmatism, harmony and aggressive- ness. By enhancing Daqing people＇s self-consciousness, the Daqing culture have inspired them to pursue the truth, the good and the beautiful and to exceed a variety of natural and social limitations. Although Daqing culture has been changing as a result of the internal and external factors＇ transformation, its idiosyncracy have deposited as the core of the Daqing culture.
