摘要
本文在高层建筑的上部结构与地基基础共同作用分析的基础上,研究了带裙房的高层建筑的桩箱(筏)基础的优化设计原则、方向和计算方法.并用工程实例,验证带裙房高层建筑的桩箱(筏)基础优化设计,不仅能改善基础受力状况,而且具有较大的经济效益.
Based on the studying of upper structure-foundation-soil interaction of high-rise buildings with podiums, an optimum design method for piled box (raft) foundations of high-rise buildings with podiums is presented. The calculated results of a case show that the optimum design of piled box (raft) foundation not only improves the behaviour of foundation, but also has considerable economic benifit.
