调整球化合金的化学成分,可以满足各种牌号铸态球墨铸铁对球化效果、基体状态和减少白口与缩孔、缩松倾向的要求。对球墨铸铁性能要求不断提高,其中包括低温冲击韧性、抗拉与屈服强度、疲劳极限、断后伸长率和硬度等。铁液质量是获得优质球铁铸件的保证。
The requirements of ductile iron on spheroidization effect, matrix state, and decreasing tendency of chill, shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage can be satisfied by adjusting the chemical composition of nodulizing alloy. The properties of the ductile iron are required to increase continually, such as low temperature impact elasticity, tensile and yield strength, fatigue limit, elongation and hardness, etc. The quality of the melt iron is a guarantee of obtaining good ductile iron casting.
