摘要
对生产性IC反应器处理酒精废水的二次启动过程及其处理效率进行了研究。采用我国自行设计安装的IC反应器处理某酒精厂的酒精废水,在初次启动因工厂停产而没有达到设计负荷的情况下,反应器经过52d的二次启动达到COD设计负荷8000kg/d。启动过程进水COD为12000~30000mg/L,出水COD不超过1500mg/L,COD去除率>90%。生产原料由玉米改为薯干渣时,在进水负荷没有下降的情况下,反应器处理效率不受影响。
The second start-up and efficiency of IC reactor in ethanol wastewater treatment has been studied. The IC reactors designed and installed domestically are used for treating the wastewater at an ethanol plant. The first startup of the reactors failed to reach the design load due to the phase-out production of the plant, but after a 52 d second start-up the reactor does, reaching the designed load of 8 000 kg/d. During the process, the COD of influent water is about 12 000-30 000 mg/L, and that of effluent water is less than 1 500 mg/L. The COD removal rate is 〉90%. When the raw material is dried potato broken bits instead of corn, the treatment efficiency of the reactor has not been affected, without any influent load decreasing.
